Marco Serra, chef from Bra, has a long experience in the most prestigious restaurants of the Langhe, alongside starred chef and not starred chef, who taught him the passion for the most authentic local tradition.
His is a cuisine which constantly renews without distorting the typical flavors and ingredients, based on raw materials at zero kilometers, which vary according to the seasons, in the respect of recipes and products that have made Alba and Langhe a bastion of enogastronomy in the world.
