Marco Serra, chef from Bra, has a long experience in the most prestigious restaurants of the Langhe, alongside starred chef and not starred chef, who taught him the passion for the most authentic local tradition.

His is a cuisine which constantly renews without distorting the typical flavors and ingredients, based on raw materials at zero kilometers, which vary according to the seasons, in the respect of recipes and products that have made Alba and Langhe a bastion of enogastronomy in the world.

A regime of craftsmanship and freshness is in force in Enoclub kitchen: every day fresh pasta is made and rolled by hand hours before the restaurant opens to the public; together with his assistants, the chef personally pinches the ravioli al plin closed, the tartare steak is still chopped by hand and comes exclusively from the best cuts provided by Piedmont farms selected by Macelleria Oberto in Alba and Martini in Boves. Herbs and spices are from the kitchen garden in the most romantic of senses, and vegetables are chosen on a weekly visit to the best farms.
With these premises, the dishes cannot but express all their potential, without the need for spectacular constructions or showy magic tricks.


The Alba White Truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico) is the undisputed main star of autumn in Piedmont and the International Fair, which since 1929 takes place in Alba every year in October.

Recognized all over the world as one of the most precious and refined foods ever, the White Truffle of Alba owes its popularity to Giacomo Morra, who, since 1949 decided to use the precious tuber as an ambassador in the world of Langa and Roero, sending every year the best specimen to famous character of politics, sports and entertainment.
The Enoclub is right around the corner from the places where this great adventure began and today represents a veritable temple for those who want to appreciate the unique taste of the true White Truffle of Alba.


The name Enoclub hints at the restaurant’s main vocation. Here the wine culture fully completes and marries with the identity of the cuisine.

The Enoclub’s selection of bottles comprises more than 600 labels divided among the main national and foreign wine-producing regions. Special emphasis is given to grand crus and local producers’ most interesting products: from Barolo to Barbaresco by way of Barbera, Dolcetto and Nebbiolo, as well as Arneis, Freisa and Grignolino, from the noblest names to the most sought-after creations.

Consulting the wine list, you will find helpful advice about great value for money bottles. The list includes classic methods from the international wine scene, and particular attention has been given to autochthonous wines produced bio-dynamically using the wild yeast fermentation technique, and which have a low sulphide content.



Enoclub is situated under the colonnade on the west side of Alba’s “drawing room”, the centrally-located Piazza Savona, a large pedestrian area in the heart of the city, recently restored to the townspeople with new greenery and urban furniture.

Access to the Enoclub is from its own door on the ground floor or from the Caffè Umberto entrance, where the staff will direct you to the stairs down to the Enoclub.
